My first One-Off

Time flies by, especially when you are busy/talking to friends/doing school work/photoshop/ and thinking. As the day starts you might encounter being late to school/work, for me it is mostly school and sometimes work. While I wake up for school at 6:30am-7:00am, 7:00am if I am running late. Either way I usually come here late, sometimes early but not all the time. When I am running late it's either because I sleep too late/can't find something to wear/talking to my mom or brothers/ texting my friends/or just being on my phone for too long.
As I wake up I look at my phone, I turn it on and run downstairs since I'm usually late and I have to run and get ready/brush my teeth/and so on. As I get to the car, I check to make sure that I have everything because I usually forget my camera. Then when I forget my camera, I have to run back into my house from my car, and that usually takes 2-4 minutes of my time.
On my way down the block, there is always traffic for going to school. Even when I think I'm going to be on time, I am always late due to traffic or me leaving the house late. Another reason why I am usually late is because of the traffic light. It would change whenever I got close to it.
When I am with my friends I never realize how fast time really goes. It feels so much shorter then it actually is. When we hang out, we either talk, go to parks, go for drives, or whatever we want, and it just goes by quicker then I expect. In the summer when we go in our friends' pool, we can go in for a long time, and before we know it, it's time to leave, or dinner. When you talk or just hang out, time can go so fast.
When I have been using photoshop I don't even know how long I've been on for. The days I've been on for, I go on for at least 2 1/2 hours. It seems when I go on, I don't realize how fast time can really go by when I'm on it. On Thursday I was on for about 2 hours trying to fix my picture and it only felt like 20 minutes. I didn't realize that time can go that fast when you are "having fun".

working with flash..

Flash photography isn't as easy as I thought it would have. Today when Lisa and I were using Luke's flash equipment, it was hard to get the picture to be just right... There were shadows on the face where there shouldn't have been, it was overexposed, underexposed, all sorts of things didn't go right. On the bright side I learned about how to situate every light that i used.

photography

Working with flashes is very interesting and I am interested to see how the pictures I am taking are going to come out tomorrow(too much light, too little etc.). When I was told that Lisa and I are going to be using the flashes tomorrow,  I didn't think that I could do it, but over thinking it, I think I can.

Thinking..

On Friday I was talking to Luke, I told him about how I wanted to learn how to draw and I know I can't draw for my life.. He asked me, "why don't I start a 365?".. I'm thinking I should get started on that but first I have to start easy.. Luke also told me, "every photographer knows how to draw, they need to draw a set, where to put lights, where to put the camera, etc." Knowing that, I want to get better, and draw more and more.
